The 2025 WCI Annual Board Meeting will take place from March 24 to 27. We are pleased to inform you that Welcome to Florida International Club will host this meeting in Naples, Florida.

March 26(Wednesday) Executive Committee Meeting & Joint WCI-WFIC Luncheon at the Hilton, followed by a Trolley Tour of Naples, ending at the Baker Museum

The BOD Meeting registration fee of US$ 300.00 includes the cost of the Evening Reception, Sunset Dinner Cruise, joint WCI-WFIC luncheon, and Trolley Tour. Dear sister clubs members,
As the President of Welcome Clubs International, I hereby announce that the Welcome to Taipei International Club will host the 16th WCI Biennial Conference on April 14-18, 2024 in Taipei, Taiwan, ROC. WTIC President Joan Fuh and I cordially invite all members of the WCI affiliated clubs and their guests to come to Taipei to rejoice in friendships, and learn from one another. It was last in 2002 that WTIC had the privilege to host the Biennial Conference, so we are truly thrilled to have the honor to welcome you all again after two decades.
During the WCI Board of Directors & the Executive Committee meetings , and the plenary sessions; it’ just the perfect time for all our sister clubs to showcase their achievements and experiences in enhancing our WCI common goal of building cross-cultural friendships and understanding, and empowering women around the world through education. To share our experiences from each sister club is definitely rewarding and valuable to us all.
We have booked a block of rooms at the heritage Howard Plaza Hotel Taipei at the most favorable room rate - the hotel is located at the very heart of the city, accessible by stations on two metro lines within a few minutes’ walk. Taipei is a super convenient city with free Wi-Fi everywhere – equipped with a hotel tourist map, your travel companion will have a lot to do while you are in meetings.
Beyond the meetings, discussions and keynote speech, we have planned many cultural and interesting trips and programs for you. As for the Farewell Dinner, we invite our sister clubs to contribute a few performing numbers to add some spice and bring the conference to a perfect closure. Lastly, we highly recommend you to register ASAP for the top-notch Lion Travel Agency’s 3-day Scenic East Coast Package.
